A Bit of Our Story
Matthew & Miriam met in the early 2000s at their childhood church in Charlotte, NC and were married shortly after. They welcomed their first born in 2009, a son, Henry and a year and a half later their daughter, Juliet followed. In 2010 they moved to Lewisburg, WV to cook under Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale at The Greenbrier Resort. While they enjoyed their time in the WV mountains, their hearts longed to be closer to family and to get started on a life long dream.
They are excited to be back in North Carolina and starting their own catering company. Which is an extension of two successful family run businesses by the same name in Black Mountain NC and Matthews NC. Our Sister location in Upstate SC opened in Spring of 2020. Red Radish Triangle, servicing the Raleigh/Durham area, will be opening in
Summer of 2020.
